Griffith University engages Instructure Global Limited ('Canvas') to provide telephone and email support for Griffith's Online Learning Management System. Canvas will record your telephone conversation and may use the recording for internal quality assurance, staff training and service enhancement purposes.  These recordings and any emails generated in the course of providing you with support will also be shared by Canvas with Griffith University for Griffith University to use them for internal quality assurance, staff training and service enhancement purposes. Griffith will manage any personal information embodied in the recordings and emails in accordance with its privacy plan.
