Mentoring program coordinators play a very important role
Typically senior Griffith staff members within a school or department, our mentoring program coordinators run our mentoring programs.

What is a mentoring program coordinator?
Generally, our mentoring program coordinators are experienced Griffith staff members who work with colleagues, students and mentors to achieve the aims of their program. Coordinators also have overall responsibility for supervising mentoring activities and evaluating outcomes. Coordinators also ensure mentors are appropriately selected and trained, and help effectively match mentors and mentees. They also provide general supervision to other staff members and mentors working within their program.
Coordinator training and support
If you're a new coordinator, we provide training to help you get started. We're also here to assist our existing coordinators however we can.
If you have any questions or if there's some way we can help, please get in touch.
