Trials will take place early 2025, between the 12 May - 31 May. Trial updates will be posted via the Griffith Sport Facebook. For information about Nationals fees - please refer to our Nationals Div 1 & 2 page.
If you are unable to attend a trial for your chosen sport that has a Nationals Squad already listed, you will need to complete the 2025 Griffith Nationals Trial Absentee Application Form to be considered for selection. Please refer to our Selection Policy for more details.

Team Sports
Please note; expressions of interest for all team sports are currently open, please register your interest via our 2025 Unisport Nationals Registration Form. Individual sport registrations are also open.
Trial dates for all sports will be posted below. All trials will take place during 12 - 31 May 2025. Following trials, we will be in touch with further details on securing your place in the team. If your sport has "No Trial Required", there is no trial required at this stage. Please contact the relevant GTL directly and the GTL will be in contact with further details about joining the team.
* Please note that even if your sport is not currently listed below trials may still be required pending registration numbers

Individual & UniSport Standalone Championship Sports
Registrations are open for 2025 Nationals Individual Sports. If you are interested in competing in an Individual Sport (being held in conjunction with the 2025 UniSport Nationals held on the Gold Coast), please fill in our Online Registration Form and the Griffith Team Leader or Griffith University Team Manager will contact you with further information on securing your spot in the 2025 Nationals Squad.
Sports: Cycling, Fencing, Golf, Judo, Kendo, Sailing, Squash, Taekwondo.
If your sport is not listed here, it may be now classified as an "UniSport Nationals Championship" standalone event. If you're interested in competing at a UniSport Standalone Championship please ensure you have completed the online '2025 UniSport Standalone Championship Registration Form' as well as contacted one of the Griffith University Team Managers for further information (represent@griffith.edu.au).

Become a Griffith Team Leader
Each sport that competes at the 2025 Nationals (Div 1 and Div 2) is required to have a Griffith Team Leader (GTL) to assist in the coordination and management of their team. In most cases, a Brisbane and Gold Coast GTL will be appointed to each sport. There are a number of benefits associated to our leadership program and it is a great way to get involved! Applications close Wednesday 26 March 2025, or when all positions are filled.
