Competition details

To be eligible for this prize, you must be a Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University student completing Performance Study (Wind) (Oboe).

  • Entrants are to perform two contrasting pieces not longer than 10 minutes in duration in total.
  • To be assessed at end of year recitals.
  • Judges are to be appointed by the Director or their nominee (Head of Area).
  • No judge may be the teacher of a student who is competing.

Cash prize of $300 to be awarded for best oboe performance.
