This implementation toolkit is aimed at nurses who have organisation wide responsibility for pressure injury prevention and provides suggestions for a process to embed these three patient education resources in everyday clinical practice.
These resources have been translated into eight languages outside of English (including Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Italian, Greek, Croatian and Somalian) for your use.
