If you experience resource access issues try the following.
Browser issues
Try clearing your cache to resolve page load issues and error messages. Follow these instructions for the browser you are using:
Note: Keep your browser up-to-date with the latest version to help with access issues.
Connection issues
If you are logged in with your Griffith sNumber and password and have problems accessing resources try:
- using a different browser
- private browsing
- connecting using VPN
- Browzine or LibKey Nomad browser extensions.
Note: Connecting from your workplace may cause access issues due to firewall or filtering software.
