Learn more about Griffith University's strategic directions in learning and teaching
Griffith University's strategic directions in learning and teaching are underpinned by the University's Academic Plan. This is supported by the Learning and Teaching Capabilities Framework, which articulates the individual capabilities underpinning our roles in learning and teaching.
Both of these documents are available to view below.
Academic Plan
A remarkable student experience
This Plan seeks to develop an innovative, student-centred learning and teaching culture by setting out strategies that recognise how technology can enhance students’ experiences both within and outside the classroom. The Plan acknowledges the imperative to engage with industry and to put in place opportunities for students to develop the skills to succeed in the future world of work.
Griffith Learning and Teaching Capabilities Framework
Practice values, capabilities and lifecycle
This Framework makes explicit the individual capabilities underpinning our roles in learning and teaching. Within the Framework, a capability is defined as an individual’s ability to apply specific knowledges, skills and/or values to their learning and teaching practice.
