Casual work at Griffith University

Casual employees are an important part of Griffith University's workforce and are engaged to undertake a range of casual activities across all areas of the university. If you are interested in becoming a casual employee at Griffith, please apply through any of the Expression of Interest forms below.

Not all individuals who express interest will be contacted and/or successful, however all applications will be assessed against selection criteria. Should an application meet the requirements of any suitable casual work opportunities, a team member will reach out.

How to Express your interest

As part of the expression of interest form, a resume will need to be uploaded. Please ensure to include your most recent experience, contact details, education (if applicable) and names and contact details of at least 2 referees.

Other documentation may also be required:

  • Evidence of a right to work in Australia (further information provided in the form)
  • Formal tertiary qualification an/or relevant work experience in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)
  • Professional registrations and/or licences (e.g. professional memberships, Working with Children Check, First Aid, etc.)
  • Other supporting documents like Academic References
