Griffith Sciences offer a range of interactive workshops, lab experiences, a comprehensive events calendar, an abundance of pathways programs, plus bridging and short courses. Our outreach activities are designed to engage and open young minds to further study in STEM.
By exposing young people to the wonders of science, they’ll be better informed prior to making study choices towards a rewarding career.
2024 Academic Bootcamps
The 2024 Academic Bootcamps are high-quality courses designed to assist students to achieve their full academic potential by improving confidence and understanding in senior subject areas, reducing anxiety around assessment while preparing students for future tertiary study. Subjects offered will be Maths Methods, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Psychology.
WIT2022: WORLD INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY CHALLENGE 2021
Students apply their problem-solving skills in a variety of robotics challenges from software programming to robot racing to compete with other teams. No prior programming experience required to participate.

Science on the GO!
Griffith University’s Science on the Go! outreach program is delivered by a team of teaching professionals who are not only passionate about science, but are equipped with fundamental knowledge and experience to guide students towards achieving their full potential. For more than a decade Science on the Go! has been enlightening children, parents and teachers on scientific fundamentals in a fun and interactive way.
Pathway programs
Students can complete a first-year chemistry, physics or engineering university subject while studying senior science at high school throughout Year 11 and 12.
Bridging and short courses
Griffith Sciences bridging and short courses are particularly useful for students who have no or limited prior studies in the study areas, have had a significant break from prior studies or who simply wish to have a refresher course in a particular field.
