Stimulate interest in science and provide a valuable experience for your students.

Science on the GO! offers a variety of on and off campus experiences.

Science shows at your school featuring dynamic and highly engaging science experiments - an ideal way to introduce a new unit or consolidate student learning.   Demonstrations can be tailored to suit class studies/schedules etc.  Science workshops to engage hands-on learning, or on campus lab experiences to complement Yr 10/11/12 chemistry studies.

Or bring the STEM class on campus for a day of engaging STEM related activities for an experience not to be forgotten!

Science on the GO! Experiences

  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Year level: 4 to 8
  • Numbers: 120 students maximum
  • Venue: The classroom or school hall
  • Cost: $350.00 (Inc GST)
  • Show Content - The Science on the GO! core show investigates the states of matter. This dynamic show uses liquid nitrogen, dry ice, and an explosive mix of gases to demonstrate the fundamental chemistry of science.  The core show also demonstrates how energy affects the states of matter via student involvement and participation.  This highly engaging presentation links with the Australian curriculum.

Science Workshops:  Exciting and interactive workshops designed to encourage students to investigate and get hands-on with scientific principles linked to the Australian Curriculum: Science.  Workshops include - polymers, electromagnetism, water, matter, kitchen chemistry.

  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Year level: 4 to 8
  • Numbers: 30 students maximum
  • Venue: The classroom / specialty lab / outdoors (on or off campus)
  • Cost: $250.00 (Inc GST)
