Student Connect
Student Connect are here to support all students and can help you with general administrative matters including enquiries relating to admissions, credit for prior learning, enrolment and timetabling, fees and charges, examination dates and locations and graduation.
Student Connect staff can also assist with applications for extensions, deferred assessments, special consideration and alternate exam sitting.

Ask Us is a 24/7 service that provides answers to a range of frequently asked questions. These answers are designed to help both future and current students and you can also submit specific enquiries via the Ask a Question tab.
Credit for prior learning
Credit for prior learning may reduce the time it will take to complete your degree. Here you will find information on eligibility via the Credit Precedent Database, the Credit for prior learning application form and self-help resources to assist you with the application process.
Assessment, Exams and Grades
Find out about submitting assignments, exam procedures and protocols and information on accessing and understanding your grades. You can also find procedures and policies and online forms to apply for deferred exam sittings, deferred assessment and special consideration.
International Student Advisors
Assistance is available for international students requiring advice and support on issues which may affect all aspects of student life in Australia (e.g. understanding what is expected of you as a student visa holder, general welfare and personal issues, finance/fees, applying for a leave of absence, financial difficulties and referral to health services).

GUMURRII Student Success Unit
GUMURRII Student Success Unit (SSU) is a dedicated unit for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, delivering supplementary services in a culturally appropriate environment to enhance the student experience. The GUMURRII SSU team assists students from point of recruitment and orientation, through their Griffith journey to graduation and employment. GUMURRII SSU provides services and cultural connection for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students on each of Griffith's campuses, including online students studying through the digital campus. GUMURRII staff facilitate the Tutoring for Success Program (TSP), available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students at Griffith. Upon application and acceptance into the TSP program, eligible students are matched with a tutor to help achieve their best possible course outcome(s) each trimester.
