Community outreach
We’re committed to supporting, improving and promoting health and wellbeing for all our local communities. Outreach programs cover chronic disease management, social work, schools and Pacific Islander outreach, mental health support, parenting and family support, nature-based social connection, dental and oral health, and healthy eating. All our outreach programs are either free or low-cost.
