A holistic approach
Maintaining a balanced diet is essential for maintaining good health. If you have a chronic health condition you will receive nutritional education that helps you understand the diet-disease relationship, and practical advice for healthy eating and food preparation. Follow up sessions are beneficial and essential to check your progress and to develop further strategies for successful completion of goals being set.
Telehealth appointment
Telehealth consultations allow you to receive the same level of diagnosis, treatment and prevention aspects that you'd receive with face-to-face consultations, over the internet, in the convenience of your own home.
During your initial consultation, your dietitian will ask you questions about what you are eating, your general health and lifestyle. It may be useful for you to bring to your appointment a list of your medications and any recent blood tests. Your dietitian will work with you to develop a plan, and support you to achieve your health and nutrition-related goals.
Our dietitians create a supportive, non-judgemental environment to help you work towards your health goals.
