Engagement

Study in Fiji

Our two-week study tour focuses on the management of human resources in organisations, and features briefing sessions on business practices in Fiji, academic lectures and workshops relating to HRM, industry visits and cultural tours.

Students come away from the experience with a capacity to create solutions to workplace problems through the application and analysis of HRM principles, concepts and theories relevant to the Asia-Pacific region.

It was such an amazing opportunity to put what we have learnt into real world experiences … immersing ourselves in Fijian culture and applying HR principles in real life experiences was an opportunity we'll all be grateful for. Learning from industry experts and how they approach challenges and opportunities is knowledge that can't always be learnt in a classroom.
