The Innovation and Entrepreneurship program is at the forefront in global innovative business thinking. Nurturing creativity and innovation, and helping our students develop entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial intelligence is key for creating forward thinking, innovative and confident graduates.  We work together to create positive, socially responsible solutions to global business challenges.

In an era where companies are regularly named and shamed for environmental or human rights abuses, companies are recognising that sustainable business practices can help them reimagine the role of their business to not only satisfy consumers/stakeholders but also lead society. Purposeful business and sustainability have emerged as a framework for responsible business leadership to navigate future trends and demands of a changing world.

Our logistics and supply chain management program produces job-ready graduates trained in the industry's latest trends and technologies. This increases our students' employability and address the key skills shortage in logistics and supply chain management. To achieve this, we will look at curriculum redevelopment, industry partnerships, technology-enabled learning, faculty recruitment, and industry-relevant certifications.

Digital business is reshaped as new opportunities emerge, alongside a different set of constraints and concerns. For commercial practice, and society more broadly, new ways of working and the future of work in a digital era needs investigation and navigation. The 'Digital Business' major provides a vehicle for learning and research, and I am looking forward to working with colleagues to build our presence in this area.

The Asian Business and Asian Engagement majors provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the economic, cultural, and political factors that shape business practices in Asia. Through a combination of theoretical frameworks and case studies, students will explore topics such as cross-cultural communication, international trade, innovation, entrepreneurship, and corporate social responsibility.

Lead any organisation to the top. Top managers think, act and make decisions differently. It’s these attributes that make a great leader and Griffith has them down to a fine art. We’ll teach you how to be innovative, challenge conventions and apply a forward-thinking mindset while you learn to lead and contribute to a prosperous, equitable and sustainable future.

International Business is integral in our interconnected world, impacted by geopolitical shifts compounded by disruptive trends and grand challenges. We engage students' curiosity and encourage them to learn the links between disciplines to apply solutions to real-world business problems in the right context. Amid rising social injustice and income inequity, a key priority in research and teaching International Business is to promote a positive societal impact that equips students with the knowledge and skills to operate ethically, responsibly, and sustainably in the global business environment.
