Photography and Framing
Silver Rose Photography offer a complimentary sitting service before and after your ceremony, with provision to purchase your favourite images.
During the ceremony, they'll photograph you on stage. You'll receive a free digital copy of your stage crossing photo via email within two business days of your ceremony. Alternatively, you'll be able to view and purchase a printed copy of the image after your ceremony.
You can choose to pre-purchase your stage print and/or a cameo video when you order academic dress as part of the online registration process once it opens in myGriffith. A selection of frames is also available to purchase when you complete the registration process.
Guest photography
Your guests are encouraged to take photographs and video, but they will need to remain seated during the ceremony.
Live-streaming and Closed Captioning
Your ceremony will be live-streamed so family and friends who can't attend your ceremony will still be able to share your day, no matter where they are in the world (firewall permitting).
The live-stream will also contain closed captions, which graduates and guests can view using their digital device. The ceremony venues provide free wi-fi.
The viewing password will be included in your ceremony registration confirmation email, which will be sent the day after registration closes. It will also be included in a reminder email sent on the morning of your ceremony day.
An official recording is not produced for sale. You can purchase a cameo video of you crossing the stage from Silver Rose Photography (available to graduates from 2019 onwards).
