Registration inclusions
Welcome to Country
Delegates experienced an in-person or virtual Welcome to Country by the Traditional Owners of the land upon which Gold Coast campus stands, the Kombumerri Peoples of the Yugambeh Nation.
Flexible attendance options
To support the hybrid conference model, registrants had access to the in-person program and the virtual program for the same low registration fee.
Full program available online
Delegates registration fees entitled them to hundreds of presentations within the full program, which was available virtually through the conference portal hosted by Encore Chime Live and on campus at Griffith University, Gold Coast. Each session was broadcast through the conference portal and into seminar rooms, with the exception of late evening AEST presentations.
Powerful presentation technology
The Chime Live platform embeds Zoom meeting functionality within parallel sessions facilitating greater interaction between you and the audience members. Each paper and symposium session had a moderator to assist with managing chat comments, raised hands and live audience questions allowing a focus on engaging the audience. The platform created a custom attendance schedule in your local time, synced with your calendar, and provided access to recorded keynote and on-demand presentations and posters during and after the conference until 30 June 2022.
Voting at the World Congress
Registered AIESEP full members were eligible to nominate for and vote in the World Congress Board elections, which was hosted virtually for the first time. The conference portal streamed the event and facilitated the voting.

Complimentary Gold Coast light rail travel and on-campus e-bikes were available to hire for in-person delegates. Griffith University is also an access point for hiring Lime e-bikes and our campus is connected to a huge network of bike lanes and trails connecting you to accommodation, the beach and tourist destinations.
