Print service
Wide-format, photo-quality inkjet printing service using Epson's Ultrachrome K3 archival inks on a variety of media
Follow these steps to complete your print order:
- Deliver your files to us in person, or upload them at liveimage.wetransfer.com
- Complete the printing order form below.
- When your order is ready for collection an email will be sent confirming final cost along with instructions and a link to make payment online via the GriffithPAY online payment system
All files must be prepared according to the specifications below.
| Size | Files must be sized at required print dimensions (max width 1.6 meters for Matte, 1.5 meters for Lustre and Gloss, 1m for Clear Film and PhotoTac, and 1.1m for all other surfaces) |

| Resolution | We can print from any resolution and recommend not resizing up as images will automatically be scaled to 360ppi. For optimum results, we recommend 180 to 360 ppi |

Please note:
- Files will not be colour corrected or altered prior to printing
- Prints will be left untrimmed unless you select this option on the order form (free for prints A4 and larger).
- Test prints are recommended
- Turn around time is 48 hours
Prices (as of February 2025):
Prints can be any size. Prices are calculated on area used. Below is a guide for common sizes.
Images under A4 in size can be trimmed for $2 each.

Full Service (includes same day service, resizing, cropping or adding borders)
LiveImage offers an expanded service for same-day printing, resizing or cropping to your images.
Please note: Same day service is for files submitted before midday. For files submitted between midday – 5 pm, prints will be ready the same time the following day.
Images can be trimmed for $3 each and $8 each for images over 150cm.
