Applying for admission to practice law? Your academic conduct history may be required

To become a lawyer in Australia, you must complete an approved tertiary program and be admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of an Australian state or territory.

This form authorises Griffith University to release a report of your academic conduct to a Griffith Law School academic (for the purpose of completing the Queensland Certificate of Suitability – Form 8) when you apply for admission to practice law. Upon submission, your report will be sent directly to the nominated recipient.

Please allow a minimum of three weeks for your request to be processed.

If your name has changed since graduating, please upload a certified copy of your official marriage certificate (issued by a government authority), or change of name certificate (issued by a Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages in an Australian state or territory).
