Yes, you can. It is highly encouraged to join as both a mentor and a mentee for optimal effectiveness and personal growth.

You can connect for a flexible and focused catch-up for one or two sessions.

However, if both the mentor and mentee are interested in continuing beyond one or two sessions, it's a good idea to establish a mentoring plan. This plan can outline the duration of the mentoring connection and the timing of sessions.
