Registered providers must have met, and continue to meet, the requirements of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2018 (ESOS Act) and National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2007 (National Code).
The Australia Government is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of younger overseas students which is detailed in the Standard 5: Younger Overseas Students Factsheet (PDF).
