KGBC is made up of Barakula, Kinaba, Girraween and Carnarvon buildings at Nathan.
Each bedroom at Barakula, Kinaba and Girraween includes:
- a king-single bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, heater and wardrobe
Each co-educational flat contains:
- a shared bathroom with two toilets and a shower
- a kitchenette with a convection microwave, hotplates and fridge
- a lounge and dining area to share with your flat mates
As a KGBC college resident you can enjoy a large entertainment space and dining room on the lower level of each building. Many residents use these areas to study, eat dinner or enjoy some leisure time.
Electricity, water and gas are included in the rental rate, and you’ll have access to complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site laundry facilities.

Carnarvon is part of the KGBC College at Nathan campus. Carnarvon accommodates postgraduate students.
Each bedroom includes:

Each of the four bedroom flats include:
- a shared bathroom
- a kitchen with an oven and cooktop
- a lounge and dining area with lounge chairs, coffee and dining tables
The large communal areas within Carnarvon include computer and study facilities, a music room and a multipurpose entertainment space.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided to all residents. Laundry facilities are located in each building along with ironing and cleaning facilities available in each flat. As per each college, electricity, water and gas are included in the rental rate.

Parking
Griffith campuses are regulated parking areas. Payment is available by either purchasing a Trimester or Annual parking permit or paying casually per visit.
Nathan college residents have access to a limited number of off-street parking bays. To access this car park and all General parking zones on campus, residents should purchase a Parking Permits via the Parking website.
