The Transformation team provides strategic advice, analysis and delivery capability. Our projects are change initiatives across groups, portfolios and functions, and are focused where additional investment or expertise will be beneficial to achieving the change required.
Our team comes from different academic and professional backgrounds and is experienced in analysis, project management, delivering change and building capability.
