Ms Tasha Langham
(Elected professional staff member - from October 2021)
Tasha is a long-standing member of the Griffith community with significant leadership and management experience. As a member of the Health Group Executive, she works closely with the Pro Vice Chancellor and portfolio Deans to establish and implement Group level strategy.
During her long tenure with Griffith, Tasha has become well versed in strategic planning, policy development, and change management, with demonstrated capacity to progress major strategic initiatives in the achievement of organisational goals. With an effective track record in leading and embedding organisational change, Tasha’s change management experience was integral to the University’s restructure as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tasha is an active member of several project boards and working groups, and a passionate advocate for professional staff, women in leadership, and continued professional development.
Tasha is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, and has recently completed her Master of Business Administration.
