As a highly experienced non-executive director and Chair, Karen is recognised for her commercial acumen and has extensive experience in providing leadership in the development of strong corporate governance, risk management and strategic thinking.  She has an enviable record of delivering growth for large organisations in both the public and private sector.

Karen has more than 25 years’ experience as a non-executive director including the role of Chair. Her breadth of experience has led to the development of specialised skills in negotiating between public and private sector and managing complex matters that affect diverse stakeholders.  In addition, her current roles include appointments as Deputy Chair, Board member and Chair of Audit and Risk Committees for large scale organisations.

Karen has a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Admin and is an AICD Graduate.
