As a highly experienced non-executive director and Chair, Karen is recognised for her commercial acumen and has extensive experience in providing leadership in the development of strong corporate governance, risk management and strategic thinking.  She has an enviable record of delivering growth in large organisations in both the public and private sectors.

Karen has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services as a non-executive director and independent compliance committee Chair in funds management. Her breadth of experience has led to the development of specialised skills in negotiating between public and private sectors and managing complex matters that affect diverse stakeholders.  In addition, her current roles include appointments as Board Chair and Chair of Audit and Risk Committees for both public, private and NFP organisations.

Karen has a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Admin and is an AICD Graduate.
