2026 RACE RESULTS
A cross country challenge for everyone
The 2026 Griffith Sport Logan Fun Run will be held on Sunday 31 May. With an exhilarating 2km COLOUR FUN RUN, as well as the traditional 5km and 10km distances, these courses traverse the most scenic areas of Griffith University Logan and Riverdale Park and are perfect for runners and walkers alike. The courses are run over a variety of different surfaces, from dirt and grass to gravel and asphalt. You'll find sharp turns, short steep hills and long cantered sections all combining to constantly disrupt your rhythm. Have some fun in the colour run or challenge yourself in the glorious longer distance courses!
If you're part of a school community, check out our 'Schools Challenge', a fun and engaging event which provides an opportunity to get together with your school community, run competitively or just for fun, build school spirit, and maybe even win $1000 cash for your school!

Through their accommodation and vital support programs close to major hospitals in Queensland, they enable families to stay together, stay strong, and promote healing when their child needs healthcare.
None of this would be possible without the generosity of our community - people just like you. Your help ensures families are surrounded by a community of support and the resources they need to stay at the heart of their child's care and ensure the best possible health outcomes.
Our 2026 fundraising goal is $10,000, which will go towards adopting a room at Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland Herston for a year.

Event Volunteer
Volunteers are the heart and soul of our events.
Join the Griffith Sport Event Leaders program and gain hands-on experience supporting a range of sporting events.
You'll have the opportunity to take on a variety of event roles, develop practical event delivery skills, work behind the scenes and be part of the action. It's a great way to build experience, meet new people and contribute to the Griffith and wider community.
Griffith Sport Event Internship
You will participate in some fantastic events and be educated in understanding the different stakeholders and processes involved in delivering successful events. You will gain experience in not only the administration and planning aspects, but also in onsite liaison, through to post event debriefing.

Logan Fun Run 2026
On Sunday 31 May, Griffith Sport hosted the 10th annual Logan Fun Run, an epic cross country course traversing through the most scenic areas of Griffith University Logan and surrounding areas. This milestone year saw our biggest participation numbers yet, with the community coming together to celebrate 10 years of the event and raise over $5000 for Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland. Another fantastic year of running, community and giving back.
