The Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarships

The University offers a variety of academic and sporting excellence scholarships as well as equity Scholarships.

Starting in 2007, Griffith is offering 70 prestigious Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarships to outstanding students. The scheme is one of Australia's most comprehensive, generous and flexible scholarship programs for academic excellence.

Griffith University will allocate 20 of these academic scholarships from the Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarship pool to students attending Griffith's partner schools.

Teaching staff will be asked to endorse scholarship applications from students. Successful applicants will receive both a Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarship and an early admission offer to be awarded at the school's speech or award night.

Students who are not successful in receiving a scholarship will be considered for a guaranteed admission offer, which will also be advised at the partner school's speech or award night.
